YUMMY Corn Salsa!

Here is a recipe to make and enjoy over the holidays. It has a southwestern flavor which I think is a nice change from the run-of-the-mill dips during the holiday season. I first got the recipe from my old friend Rita in Flintstone (what's up Rita!) It's a keeper!
Mix together:
3 cans of mexican style corn (drain these well)
1 can of diced green chilies (I try to drain these well also pressing through strainer)
1 cup mayo
8 oz sour cream
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder (I just use Cajun seasoning)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Mix and let sit overnight for best flavor. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
If you have any other yummy dip recipes send them my way!
