We braved the warm muggy weather (yes it was 93 degrees on Saturday) to head to the zoo here in town for the first time. It was a great day - the zoo here is way cool (that would be Lauren/Nathan speak).
Outside of the usual Florida wildlife you see here, there were several amazing exhibits.
The zoo keepers were allowing people to feed the giraffe. It was amazing to be that close to them. (no, I don't know who the gal wearing the tiny tank top in the back is! So much for taking the time to crop my pics)
We had a good time and look forward to going back soon!
