Mini Caramel Apples

So I was scanning a new blog I found - Homemaking Fun and came across these little cuties! I'm not sure why anything in baby, teeny tiny form speaks to me (or is this just the motherly instinct in us that loves a baby of any kind?) I love a good caramel apple. But let's face it folks, when you normally buy a caramel apple it's a commitment. I usually can get through a few bites and then give up because it's soooo messy. This is the perfect solution! Off to find my melon baller.....
