Exhustion

Greetings everyone - we are still alive! The last couple of weeks have been one long stressful blur (sorry it reads so fragmented - that has been my thought process lately). It looked something like this: Sold house in GA, hurry and find a house in FL (do we buy existing or new?). In between house hunting trips with our ever-patient agent (whatzup Laura!) we try to organize the logistics of getting up to GA and oversee the packers and movers. The day before we left for GA (14th), we signed a contract on a new home (happy b-day to me!). It's in a new and developing neighborhood (yes, just like the last time around - ugghh) It is only 12 miles from the beach - a big perk! It's expensive here did I mention? Competing loan companies veying for our business (still up in the air). We close in 3 1/2 weeks. Made it to GA last weekend - packers and mover pack and load everything in one long day (extremely stressful with 3 kids under foot). Everything goes to storage for 30 days. Came back to GA to deal with ending the lease here at the apartments (how is it an apartment can be thrashed in 5 short months?) Organize the logistics of getting movers here at the apartment the same day our other belongings are due to arrive at new house. Still haven't picked a loan company - today is our deadline (rates are slowly creeping up). Amazingly, we haven't killed each other - the children are still in one piece. We are headed to Orlando this weekend to visit good friends and go to a baptism. Amidst all that is going on, it will be good to take time out for the important stuff.
