Our inspection went well and it looks like at some point over the next few days the relocation company will finish up the sale of our home and we will be out of the equation - whew! We spent time this week looking at houses here and stumbled on a foreclosure that is perfect for our family. We want to look at some newer construction today, but we are thinking the foreclosure is just too good to pass up. I'm not sure the bank that owns the house will go for our offer, but it's worth a shot in this market. Again, catiously optimistic.. We should know in a couple of days.
