I just finished this book and let me just say it's not for the faint of heart...... It's chilling, haunting and makes you wonder if you would survive on a planet who has very little human life left on it. What if you had one of your children in tow to protect and feed? They did make this into a movie a couple of years ago, but the trailers just look like another gory movie. But I found this author's writing style was really captivating. So don't hurry out to rent the movie - make it one of your summer reads!
